Rental Requirements
We are committed to a professional and consistent screening process for all applicants.
Please review our minimum rental qualifications below:
- Every tenant 18 years of age or older must complete an application
- Applicants must demonstrate net income of at least 3 times the monthly rent
- A minimum credit score of 600 is required
- All applicants must provide one month of recent pay stubs
- Applicants must have no prior evictions
- Applicants must have no open bankruptcies
